Today there is a slight risk of severe weather for the state today. The biggest risk is the potential for damaging winds, that means that storms may have wind gusts of over 60 mph possibly even 70 mph! Please keep your eye to the sky around 2pm and going into the night.
The heat is also on as highs will go up to around 95 degrees with a heat index again of 100!
