Sterling Radar hiccups

The Radar serving the NWS Sterling Forecast zone has experienced some hiccups in displaying Radar information due to Software maintenance in the forecast office. This is not like the the Dual-Polarization upgrade the NWS Pittsburgh office received a week ago (More details here).
