Sorry there hasn’t been a post here recently, it been a bit crazy as you can tell. If you don’t see a new post here, check MWC Facebook for updates!
Although that lyric above is a catchy tune for a two year old, its so true! We have had it ALL this past three weeks! Earthquakes, hurricanes, tornadoes, flooding! This is just ridiculous! Any rain we may get is just salt in the wound, which is what we may get tonight as scattered storms go across the area. Flash flood watch is out until midnight for the central part of the state. (Details here)
We wont see a washout like last week, but as noted before…we don’t need anything in terms of rain.
BUT there is light at the end of the tunnel as we get nice, dry, cool, Canadian air towards mid week and we will see highs reach in to the MID 60’s (Shocked? So was I) by weeks end! But not before we see highs in the mid 80’s to start our week and a small chance of rain tomorrow (Monday) and Wednesday when that cool air arrives.
Hope clean up after all the craziness we have seen these past weeks will be easy for you
Send any damage photos you may have to info@mymdweather.org or post then on the MWC Facebook wall.
Also we have made a beautiful tweek to our banner and Facebook page profile, this one will stick around for a while.
