A look ahead...

EXTENDED OUTLOOK | 3:50p 11/27/2011 | Mark Gonzalez (Winter and Long Range Forecaster) from MWC: Facebook.

Here's an extended outlook for the rest of the week:
"That large band of rain so close and just to our west will hold off from reaching us until Tuesday, because of the increasing moisture in the air we will see some fog overnight tonight across many areas of the state. Once the rain associated with an approaching cold front passes through during the Tues-Wed timeframe we'll see a return of highs in the 40s (Wed-Fri) followed by a reinforcing cold front over the weekend dropping us into the 30s and low 40s for highs. For next week we're talking colder, not arctic cold, but at least seasonably cold and less mild-no snowstorms in sight yet, but things are looking slightly better for winter lovers."
