The red flag warning that were posted have been all western Maryland counties and northern Eastern Shore Counties. They still remain in effect for southern counties on the eastern shore.
The rest of Maryland, except for Garret County, is under a High Wind Warning untill 9 tonight. Gusts up to 50 mph can be expected for the rest of the evening.

High Wind Watch
NWS in Sterling VA has issued a High Wind Watch for the Central Counties of Maryland.
The only counties not in the watch area as of now are Garrett, Charles, Calvert, St. Marys, Cecil, and the entire Eastern Shore.
