Looks like we have a very dynamic system headed towards us will come in 2 phases:
1. Tonight:starting as all rain changing to snow from north to south by the morning: 1-2 inches DC/Baltimore
Mix south and east of DC/Balt (maybe a dusting to an inch)-potential for more if precip burst is heavier allowing quicker changeover to snow.
2. Tomorrow late afternoon/evening: bursts of snow squalls crossing the area.
